This phase is to shape and field-test the practical usability, durability, efficacy and tactical use of current or developing efforts for “quick wins.”

  1. Placement of innovations in nearby stores where our research team will work with members of the organization on initial field testing, consumer intercepts, staff interviews, video analyses, and data review
  2. The test store(s) can be equipped with networked digital CCTV to allow for remote viewing by both parties of initial innovation placement and adjustments in a real-world environment
  3. Preliminary analyses will be provided and discussed
